We will gather around with friends and family to taste the nuances and the different aspects of wine with food.
Simple textures, tastes and smells can be accelerated or subdued by pairing with wine. There is nothing fancy about this, and you do not need to be a sommelier or a gourmet. Take an hour with friends and family and discover the special relationship that food and wine share. We will identify dominate scents, textures and tastes with easy guided instruction. Several different "levels" enable everyone that "Oh, wow, I get it!!" moment.

We can create the perfect education and curiosity gathering to meet almost everyone's budget. Six people is a good gathering size and anything over 15 gets more like a party. With food, wine and instruction included, the cost varies from $30 a person all the way to $150. The wine being a big factor.
